Sony Ericsson introduces the new Yendo for music lovers in India. Yendo is Sony’s first full touch Walkman phone that offers everything you want in just one touch.  The phone has four icons in four corners and lets you enjoy music till you drop.

The music is at your finger tips where you can skip, fast forward and play your favorite music with its full touch Walkman player. It lets you discover new music with TrackID music recognition and PlayNow. You can transfer your media files from PC to Yendo with Media Go.

Sony Yendo comes with a 2.6 inch TFT screen with 320 x 240 QVGA resolution with 262,144 color support. The phone comes with 5 MB phone memory with MicroSD card expendable up to 16 GB. A 2 MP camera comes with a digital zoom and video recording facility in the Yendo.

Sony Yendo with its clear and intuitive Walkman player interface navigating your music is a breeze. You can stay connected with your social network of family and friends with access to sites like Facebook and Twitter.

The various connectivity options offered by Sony Yendo are Bluetooth wireless technology, USB support, USB mass storage and a 3.5 mm jack. You can also access your email inbox from anywhere with its built-in email client. The entertainment features of a Yendo include FM radio, videos clip and Java apps.

Sony Yendo phone supports MP3 and AAC music tones and Bluetooth A2DP stereo. The other features of a Yendo include predictive text input, sound recorder, SMS and MMS.

The new Sony Ericsson Yendo comes with a battery that offers up to 4 hours of talk time and up to 400 hours of standby time. The handset is available in 10 vibrant colors to choose from namely, red, white, blue, black, green, orange, yellow, purple, pink and silver.

Sony Yendo price in India however not yet revealed and the company is expected to launch the Yendo in October 2010.
