Nokia C6-01 available in affordable range with Symbian OS

Nokia C6-01 will be the latest phone to be seen in one hand as it is affordable and is also equipped with Symbian OS. The Nokia C6-01 is the second of its Symbian devices which has been announced by the Nokia Corporation. It had started shipping the latest device on the 4th of November.

After the N8 by Nokia the C6-01 will be the next appreciated phone. We can get hold of the phone as it has been released from the factory and soon they will be seen in the retailers shop and the operating services that have collaboration with Nokia.

The Nokia C6-01 is the latest of Symbian devices. The dimensions of the C6-01 measures 103.8 x 52.5 x 13.9mm and weighs in at just 131g. It is very similar to its rest of its products and has a communication support for 3G and Wi-Fi. It comes with a 3.2 inch AMOLED capacitive touch –screen which features the new ClearBlack display technology.

The product has been constructed by bioplastics and recycled metals and is considered as the greenest devices by Nokia till now. Seems the concept of technology being recycled has taken a roll.

The high resolution of the camera does not much boast about the multimedia structure even if it has a dual-LED flash. The camera has the capacity to shoot 720 high –definition video. It might be a bit of disappointing when you get 340 MB as the internal memory but with microSD memory card slot the memory can be expandable to 32GB.

To get started with the expandable memory the box gifts the consumer with 2GB card.  Free navigation facility through Ovi Maps, extra application from Ovi Store and tunes from Music is what the user gets with this device.

Jo Harlow who is the head of smartphones said, “The Nokia C6-01 is designed for the consumer who wants to stay on top of their social life while on the go. The new Symbian platform makes social networking fast and easy, while from the design point of view the Nokia C6-01 fits perfectly in your palm.”
