Audi of America debuts at SEMA along with Autonomous Audi TTS Pikes Peak
Audi of America is gearing to make its debut at the SEMA Show from November 2-5, 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada. SEMA is the premier automotive specialty products trade event and Audi is thrilled to be a part of the event that will showcase its vehicles, demonstrations and a sophisticated line up of After Sales.
It will also demonstrate electronic products and new technologies in cooperation with Audi dealers that enable Audi owners to know more about their vehicle and what they can do to personalize their vehicle in a new and exciting way. The car show by Audi at SEMA also gives a wide variety of opportunities to Audi vendors.
Audi will also display the Autonomous Audi TTS Pikes Peak, Audi R8 Custom Spyder by STaSIS Engineering together with After Sales products at the event. The Autonomous TTS Pikes Peak will be displayed on Tuesday, Nov. 2, just outside the North Hall. Audi of America also plans to make available the news and information during the show and post the same to its web site audisanews.com and will exhibit at the Mobile Electronics Area of the Las Vegas Convention Centre’s North Hall, Booth 11245.
The 2010 SEMA show is of great significance as it is for the first time that a premier automaker such as Audi participates in an event that focuses on after sales products. Audi will exhibit new-dealer installed accessories, extreme sports Audi gear and cabin technology at the show together with three vehicles by STaSIS.
STaSIS engineering announced that it will debut its 710-hp R8 Spyder, 410 hp Audi S5 Cabriolet,80-hp S4 sedan by Audi to showcase that customized Audi looks great and performs even better. SEMA will also exhibit STaSIS Audi Q5 with a 310-hp upgrade for the SUV lovers.
These vehicle features the same performance enhancing brakes, suspension and driveline products as the entire STaSIS line for sedans and sportscars. Jeff Kuhlman, Chief Communications officer of Audi of America said in the official press release, “Customers have several options to personalize their Audi vehicle, from factory-installed to dealer-installed options.”
